Based in Mudgee, New South Wales, Sam works with vineyards in Mudgee and in the cool climate region, Orange. The Samantha May ethos is to produce wines that truly make you want to grab some friends and share the whole bottle.
All wines are spontaneously fermented and hand crafted with a high attention to detail in the winery, which is the foundation that allows Sam to make wines with a minimal intervention approach. Inspired by wines of the world, Sam hopes you enjoy her winemaking expressions.
